DELIVERY INFORMATION
1. Order will be processed on weekdays only (Monday – Friday ; 09:00 to 18:00)
2. Goods will be sent out within 1 -2 days after we receive your payment
3. For Domestic, the package will be sent by JNE only.
4. There is no delivery on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.
5. Tracking number will be notified via email
RETURNS POLICY
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but in the event you need to return an item, returns are accepted:
1. Items can only be returned maximum 3 working days after the items are received.
2. We will NOT accept goods outside the time frame, other than for faulty garments, and will NOT accept returns for the items that have been worn or where the tag has been removed.
3. Shipping charges are not refundable.
4. Customers should bear the shipping cost when returning items. And we recommend that to use a reliable delivery service to prevent chances of loss of goods during shipping.
5. Credit will be awarded after we received the goods in good condition & can be used for the next purchase.
